YOU NEED TO KNOW:

The Republic Airways (Company) Supplemental Life Plan offered through our company enrollment requires an active employment status to keep coverage eligibility. Our review of the plan states a disability or a number of other issues can cause a status change and with it your company group life eligibility can end immediately or after at most 12 months. At that time, coverage ends or can be converted to a more expensive individual policy to continue life protection based on your current health and age. Such a conversion may result in much different plan features and cost. This is not uncommon in the industry and why associations like yours have chosen to make an alternate, competitive plan available.

All who enroll can save over your current Republic Holdings company plan. At $1mm in coverage, younger pilots can save over $90,000 over the course of their career. 

No exclusions at all for group term life insurance – except suicide which is removed as an exclusion after two years of coverage.
