The Fedex MEC supports our membership by providing $10,000 of term life to every member in good standing and will continue to advance this death benefit to your beneficiary upon proof of death and completion of the required forms.

Please note: The service is not provided for dependents and members who have retired, ported or converted their group coverage.
4A Certificate will be issued to you that will state the details of your coverage. If there is a conflict between the Certificate and any other information given to you about the Plan, the Certificate will control.
