Dear Pat,

I called when I found out that I was having serious problems with my First Class Medical Certificate.

You directed me to call Dr Audie Davis, which I did. He was very kind and very knowledgeable about my particular problem.

He did not just sit back and suggest things that I should do, but instead took my case and worked directly with the FAA for me. Dr Davis stayed in touch with me updating me on how things were going.

Then, Dr Davis called me and faxed me my temporary certificate from the FAA. I consider it a miracle, an answer to prayer, and I am very appreciative to him and you folks at Harvey Watt.
